Privacy notice
Care Collect LLC ("Care Collect") provides calling and payment-link services to medical practices. When we contact you, we do it on behalf of your doctor's office, under an agreement with them. This notice explains what information we handle and how we use it.
Information your practice gives us
- Your name and phone number, so we can reach you.
- Your date of birth, so the assistant can confirm it's speaking with you before discussing your account.
- The balance you owe the practice and the related dates of service.
- Your email address, if the practice has it.
Information from our calls
Calls may be recorded and transcribed. We keep a record of what happened on each call, such as whether a payment link was sent, whether a payment went through, and whether you asked us to stop calling.
How we use it
We use this information only to contact you about your balance for your practice, send you a payment link, confirm whether your payment went through, and report results to your practice. We don't sell your information or use it for marketing.
Who we share it with
- Your doctor's office, which receives a report of each call and payment.
- Service providers that run our calls, email and hosting, under agreements that require them to protect your information.
- Stripe, which processes your payment on your practice's behalf. Your card details go directly to Stripe; Care Collect never sees them. We send Stripe only the amount and a reference number, never medical details.
How long we keep it
We keep call records only as long as our agreement with your practice requires, then delete them.
Your choices
- Ask us to stop calling at any time during a call, or tell your practice.
- For a copy of your health information or to correct it, contact your practice. Their Notice of Privacy Practices explains your rights.
Information from our website
If you contact us through the form on care-collect.com, we collect your name, work email, practice or business name and how you heard about us. We use it only to respond to you and follow up about Care Collect, and we don't sell it. The form is hosted by Webflow and protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile and Google reCAPTCHA, which may process technical information about your browser. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. Please don't include patient information in the form.
